Before founding Shapetress, Lauren Rock spent over a decade as an elite Executive Coach and Energy Healer, guiding Hollywood creatives, startup founders, and Fortune 100 executives to unlock their full potential from the inside out. But something deeper was calling.
Her clients were achieving inner clarity but many still struggled to feel empowered in their physical bodies. That disconnect inspired Lauren to create a space where personal evolution could continue on the outside—lovingly, safely, and without judgment.
