Lauren Rock aka “Mama Shapetress” founded SHAPETRESS in July 2019 after an illustrious career as an Executive Coach to Hollywood and Wall Street Elite. After helping support her clients’ inner transformations, it occurred to her that everyone was left largely unsupported in their outer journey in their bodies.
While Medspas are available for non-invasive procedures, they offer a cold, clinical experience, downtime and pain procedures with a long list of side effects. SHAPETRESS was created to offer a health focused solution and provide a supportive body shaping experience safe for EVERY BODY.
